Our global employee network groups are key to our commitment to building an inclusive work environment and providing our colleagues from diverse backgrounds with a sense of community and belonging. They offer all of us a platform to connect, promote awareness, and share experiences with each other at a global and local level, covering a variety of topics, interests, and identities based on local needs. We have four global ENGs – Women@Capgemini, OUTfront, CapAbility, and CulturALL – and several local networks for armed forces, parenting and sustainability, among others. Cultivating their commonalities, so far, around 45,000 of our colleagues across countries and business units have actively participated and continue to lead by example.
