With the Federal Highway Administration finalizing its rule that establishes greenhouse gas (GHG) performance measures/reporting rules for state departments of transportation (DOTs) and metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs), VisionEval's relevance has never been greater. As FHWA's recommended tool for identifying different pathways for achieving GHG reduction goals, VisionEval is an essential element for state DOTS and MPOs looking to set and report on their emissions reduction targets. Under this agreement, John Cockerill will market and apply TW’s Thermal Hydrolysis Process (THP)/Hydro-Thermal Carbonization (HTC) systems “Draco” in key European markets and Tomorrow Water will market and apply JC’s Continuous Aerobic Granular Sludge (AGS) process “BeFlow GS®” in the U.S. Reflecting on Paul O'Callaghan of BlueTech Research, Radical collaboration is needed to shift away from making the environment “less-worse” and “towards initiating regeneration”. The challenges are too big, and the stakes are too high to go it alone.
