It’s to understand what your challenges are, to identify the most important changes for you and to support you in making them. The path to a healthy life begins with a strong and vibrant Heart. Here are simple tips that can help You achieve optimal health. ➡️Eat healthy You should eat more Fruits, nuts, fiber, vegetables, fish, and poultry. ➡️Stay active ⛹️ News flash😊 You do not need to spend hours lifting heavy weights at the gym. All you need to do is spend 20-40 minutes walking every day. ➡️Do not smoke ❌🚭 One of the many effects of smoking is Heart disease. Smoking a Cigarette per month is the same as smoking a packet of cigarettes every day. ➡️Manage your weight. This can be achieved by eating less and getting involved in activities. ➡️ Check your Blood pressure. Your Blood pressure is normal when it's below 120/80. But if you are taking medicine, it should be less than 140/90. ➡️ Check your Blood Sugar level. Your heart is in good condition if your blood sugar is less than 100. ➡️ Test for Cholesterol level. High cholesterol is a bad thing, it puts you at risk for heart disease and stroke. So, your level of cholesterol should be less than 200. P.S You can test for Blood pressure, Blood sugar, and Cholesterol levels with a Doctor at any hospital closest to you. P.S.S Have you been taking care of your Heart?? If Yes, that is good.
