It is a powerful example of why #skills based hiring is SO essential for #DyslexicThinkers. And why it’s SO important for every workplace to learn about #DyslexicThinking, because if they don’t, they’ll miss out on some of the best minds. 📦 You see as dyslexics we don’t do average or standard well. We just don’t fit into traditional boxes. ⬆️ We score very high in some things (often in the top percentile)… ⬇️ and very low in others (often in the bottom percentile).
