🎉 We Did It! 🎉 💻 We're thrilled to have successfully completed the rollout of our new NCR point of sale (POS) software across 612 Asda stores, bringing our colleagues brand new tills to 16,674 check-out lanes.   🛒 This latest major milestone, in the Future programme, also brings best-in-class technology to 27,888 Scan & Go devices across 363 stores, revolutionising the way we serve our customers. 
🚀 Not only have we successfully completed our Retail Front End programme, through the hard work and dedication of our incredible teams and partners we’ve achieved a new store conversion rate of 42 stores per week.   🌟 Thank you and well done 👏🏻 to everyone who made this ambitious project a reality. Your commitment to excellence is driving us forward as we continue to build our brand-new digital landscape.

Having all this new and pre-existing tech is great, being Autistic, I actually prefer to use self-service over a manned till, but there are plenty of customers or potential customers that you're alienating by focusing so much on self-service and scan&go checkouts. My nearest Asda seems to have less manned tills than self-service, plus and an entirely unmanned pay@pump petrol station. Where's the focus on actual customer service?

Amazing… well done all!

Pity theres so many problems, such slower than the old checkouts, especially with gift cards, rewards and card payments. Generally a really good system though, but crashes and freezes a lot

It's been a long long long time to come since other retailers have had this and many updates . I worked in forfar store for 10 years and with my autism I worked on the old tills for 2hrs for basic instruction. And it looked difficult and at the time the tills were 30 years old . So I think everyone should and will be happy to have something that should be easier to work
