Despite being the youngest driver in the field, 18-year-old Conrad Laursen set the fastest GT3 time in this year's Le Mans, and the Danish Formula boys, together with American Jordan Taylor, were doing quite well until a competitor came too close and pushed their Ferrari into the gravel. The team fought their way back and finished in eighth place. #CarlosCommunication #WeLoveRacing Formula Ferrari

70 years ago Nigel Mansell, 1992 Formula 1 world champion, was born. To celebrate his 70th birthday, let's go back to the 1989 Brazilian Grand Prix. Nigel Mansell, on his debut with Scuderia Ferrari, won the race undisturbed – he was the first driver since Mario Andretti in 1971 to win on his debut with the Maranello team – ahead of Alain Prost on McLaren and Mauricio Gugelmin on March, the latter on his first career podium. If you want to know more about it, you can read the article at the following link: #Translation #F1 #Ferrari #Mansell

R̶e̶d̶ Blue Ferrari: do you know the story behind it? It goes back to 1964... When Enzo Ferrari, in a dramatic stand, vows never to race in Italy's red again. Why? Politics, deception, or a legendary defiance that changed racing forever? It's not sure. The root of it all? Disagreements over regulations and a deep-seated feud with the FIA and Italy's ACI. It started with the 250 GTO and a clever, yet controversial, move to meet homologation rules. Fast forward to 1964, the 250 LM faces homologation rejection, igniting Enzo's fury. His response? A bold declaration to abandon Italy's racing red. The United States Grand Prix at Watkins Glen was the first occasion. The championship contender John Surtees and colleague Lorenzo Bandini find themselves driving for a "fresh team": The North American Racing Team. (Blue and white of the United States) Surtees won the 1964 World Championship in Mexico, a historic victory making him the only champion on both 2 and 4 wheels, and the first to win in a Ferrari not adorned in its iconic red. 🏆Monaco Grand Prix 2024 🏆24 Hours of Le Mans 2024 In a remarkable feat, Scuderia Ferrari has shattered a 90-year record by clinching victories at both the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix in the same year. Two of the three races that make up the coveted "Triple Crown of Motorsport" are Le Mans and the Monaco Grand Prix. Winning one of these races is impressive on its own, but building a race team that can win both in the same year is extremely difficult, yet equally impressive. The fact that Ferrari can meet both obstacles in 2024 bodes well for the Scuderia's racing ambitions. 🏆Indianapolis 500 ???? While Ferrari has conquered two-thirds of the Triple Crown, the elusive Indianapolis 500 remains. Active drivers like Juan Pablo Montoya and Fernando Alonso have won two of the three events, needing an Indy 500 victory to complete the trifecta. Rooting for the team🤝 #Ferrari #ScuderiaFerrari #Monaco #LeMans

Why the Monaco GP doesn’t suit F1 anymore 🤔 When we hear Formula 1, three things come to our mind (or at least mine): ✔ Michael Schumacher, ✔ Scuderia Ferrari and ✔ the Monaco Grand Prix. The Monaco Grand Prix is one of F1’s most prestigious races and is part of the Triple Crown (Indianapolis 500, 24hr of Le Mans, Monaco Grand Prix). However, there are growing concerns over it now. The 2024 Monaco GP safe to say was boring. Following the first lap incident and the race restart, majority of the drivers did not pit. The only good part of the race was Leclerc and Ferrari’s win. There are many reasons over the growing concerns. One of the major ones being the size of the cars. The street circuit features narrow streets with close proximity to the barriers, adding this with the current dimensions of F1 cars, they are simply too big to race in Monaco. Another one being the track not allowing for high-speed racing for teams and cars to show their full potential. We’ve seen that with how Red Bull performed this year. This issue often leads to where the starting grid determines the finishing order. With the car sizes being too big and the track being very narrow, overtaking becomes really hard even with the help of DRS, diminishing the excitement of a proper race. While Monaco’s rich history and its unique charm aids it in being in the calendar, the future of it remains unknown with the debate happening as the sport progresses. #monacogp #formula1 #f1 Video : First Lap Incident Source : Formula Planet in Instagram

The 2002 Italian Grand Prix sees the seventh 1-2 of the season for Ferrari. After another pole position of Juan Pablo Montoya on Saturday, Rubens Barrichello wins the race on Sunday, followed by teammate Michael Schumacher. 💡 For this race, Scuderia Ferrari calculated everything to the millimetre. They put the drivers on two different strategies and prepared a particular setup, with less aerodynamic load to be able to overtake their rivals. In short, it was a race won with strategy. ❗ However, negative rumours are not lacking. There is talk of team orders as it is said that Michael Schumacher raised his foot a little from the accelerator when Rubens Barrichello made the second stop for refuelling. All this to let Rubens Barrichello win and conquer second place in the World Championship. Jean Todt explains that this was surely their main goal. 🔍 Not only: Ferrari's engine is examined by the FIA technicians in Maranello after the race weekend. Nevertheless, they check it piece by piece without finding anything to complain about and finally it is judged regular. If you want to know more about it, you can read the full article at the link below 👇 #F1 #Translation #Ferrari

Have you ever wondered what success personified looks like? The best in the world in his field? What have all these Formula 1 World Drivers Champions got in common: Nigel Mansell (1992) Alain Prost (1993) Damon Hill (1996) Jacques Villeneuve (1997) Mika Hakkinen (1998, 1999) Sebastian Vettel (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013) Max Verstappen (2021, 2022, 2023)? Answer: they all won in racing cars designed by engineering legend Adrian Newey. Newey has designed 12 Constructor's Championship and 13 Driver's Championship-winning cars. And he's still going. Interestingly (yes, it is interesting, bear with me), the two most successful WDCs, with 7 championships each, are Michael Schumacher and Lewis Hamilton, neither of which won in Newey-designed cars. Adrian Newey has officially announced his departure from the Red Bull F1 team at the end of this season (he has stated that his leaving is due to the ongoing allegations and controversy around team principal Christian Horner). Newey has been seen in talks in London with the Ferrari F1 team principal. Lewis Hamilton has already confirmed his move to Ferrari next year... Hat's off to Adrian Newey for making F1 interesting again! #F1 #FerrariF1 #ScuderiFerrari #Newey #RedBullF1

📝 𝐄𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐚 𝐆𝐏: 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 📝 After last year's race was cancelled due to flooding in the region, F1 returned to Imola, and the grandstands were filled with passionate Tifosi cheering on Ferrari as they raced on home turf. Perhaps the biggest surprise was that Max Verstappen actually had to work for his victory — something none of us could have predicted for a season most of us were writing off, considering Red Bull's domination in the previous year. Just in case you missed out on the Grand Prix, here's a little reminder of what happened in Imola last Sunday: ⚔️ Lando fights Max for the win: Lando Norris inches closer to Verstappen as the race draws to a close after the latter had run out of batteries near the end. Ultimately, the race would finish with Verstappen winning and Norris in second, with less than a second separating them. 🤩 Ferrari vs McLaren: Both the Ferrari and McLaren cars were engaged in an exciting battle in the early stages, with Oscar Piastri trying to attack Carlos Sainz in the Ferrari. This time, both drivers finished the race without any incident. Charles Leclerc came home in third to bring Ferrari's first Imola podium since 2006. 😒 Safety car anyone?: After three Emilia Romagna GPs, the 2024 race became the first edition without a safety car during the race, as it was mostly incident-free.
