Sometimes it is the little things! 6 months in at Ibotta, Inc. and one of my peers recognized that I am always thinking about our users. Always. I like to think that I report to them. If I do my job right our users are thriving. If I don't they let me know. This recognition motivates me to keep pushing! I have no idea who nominated me but am really grateful to whoever it was! 🎉
