From crafting standout Linkedin profiles and creating vision boards to soaking up insights from local entrepreneurs, each workshop focused on growth and paving the way for future success. 🧠💡 A special thank you to Kelsey Van Dyke, Jazzi Goode, and William McNeely for a week packed with fun and learning! Week 2 of our Future Fellows Program was truly outstanding! 🚀 During our week of Digital Discovery, we uncovered the possibilities of Generative AI with Microsoft, explored cutting-edge aviation technology at the Sullenberger Aviation Museum, and delved into the exciting advancements in racing at the NASCAR Hall of Fame. 🛩️🏎️✨ Each experience offered valuable insights into the dynamic and expanding world of STEM, showcasing the wide range of opportunities and the exciting advancements shaping these fields. Week 1: Creative Cultivation is Complete! ✅ CYC is excited to announce the launch of our 3-Week Future Fellows Program, designed for rising 9th graders. This initiative focuses on enhancing critical thinking, reading, writing, and problem-solving skills through engaging ELA and Math workshops. Students are also introduced to diverse career pathways through hands-on activities. Throughout this week, we explored various careers in the arts and humanities, including culinary, theater, journalism, and more. A huge thank you to Arlethia Friday Hailstock, Kassidy Childs, Melissa Canipe and DaShawn Brown for making this week of learning and fun possible!
