Just ran a cool play for a client where we reach out to someone's old boss after they left the company. We sell a product that helps with customer handoffs, and we figured folks who just lost a customer-facing employee would be a great target. Here's how it works: - Find people on LinkedIn who have been an AE or CSM for <3 months with Clay's find people search - Enrich with LinkedIn profile data and use AI to see if they were promoted externally from another company and if they were also customer-facing in their last role - If yes, qualify their last account to make sure they're a good fit - Find their old boss and contact information - Personalize the email and send This sequence had a 2% book rate and scales well. Job movers are awesome a great outreach signal. Hopefully this gives you some inspiration for your next campaign!

👋 I just wanted to share a few cool product updates from Boostie We've added Google Search Ads as an available channel right within Boostie campaigns. This helps our customers cover job seeker intent down the funnel, e.g. 'nursing jobs near me'. Paired with our top-of-funnel display reach and geo-targeting, your open roles are delivered to your potential candidate's digital doorsteps; pretty neat. We're also launching a new campaign type - Grouped. Grouped campaigns can be used to bundle similar jobs OR jobs where the ideal audience is similar (picker/packer or a warehouse associate). This is cool because it comes directly from customer and prospect feedback. The problems talent marketing & hiring teams have today is the overhead of campaigns and assets when dealing with thousands of jobs; this helps bundle roles and paired with our automatic asset creation, opens up new doors for marketing jobs to passive talent.
