Talent-HR Departments Director - Managers I'm looking for the answer to a question I've been looking for years. How do you proceed in the Employees of the month selection application? What I have seen so far is as follows, but I have never been satisfied with it. 1- I saw that a candidate is selected and the staff with the most votes is selected by the department managers. ( I have always had this concern here: 1- Whoever the general manager votes for, the other majority also votes for her, because not everyone is a strong manager. ) Or ( Let's choose the person in your department this month but vote for my department next month. ) many similar options 2- Staff most mentioned in guest comments ( what about the heroes who are not facing the guest ) 3- 2 staff of the month selections for front and back ( The option in explanation 1 is applied here too, so there is no difference. ) I hope there are talent scouts who do this job scientifically and have a system, and they can shed light on everyone with me.

What should I do as a supervisor and manager? Hire excellent human resources. To do so, create an environment that naturally attracts talented people. Instead of simply hiring people of equal ability to yourself, you should aim to hire people who are at least three times your own ability. The reason is obvious. The growth of an organization is determined by the abilities and knowledge of the people within it. That is where the upper limit is set. So let us consider what incentives are available to attract truly talented people. Salary? Benefits? It may be there to persuade families, but it's not the only thing. Their biggest incentive is "intellectual curiosity." Curiosity to learn new things, challenge themselves, and achieve results. This is undoubtedly the driving force that drives truly talented people. As a supervisor, it is very important to create an environment that satisfies the intellectual curiosity of these people.

Businesses NEED to invest in insights... I just came across an "Office and HR Administrator" job req. Reading the role and responsibilities, this company wants an HR Director, Controller, Safety Manager and Office Manager all in one position AND for this individual to be extremely detail oriented. They're located in New York City... Guess what salary they're offering (I'll give them props for actually putting a salary range on the job req)...? $65k-$75k! Read that again. $65k-$75k in NYC... NEW. YORK. CITY! I can only imagine who's applying for this role... ...and how much time the company is going to waste interviewing candidates they don't ultimately want. What if this company had some actual insight into what the job market demands for this role and how much the going salary is...? 🤔 🤔 🤔
