Dear Network   I am delighted that we today can announce a new chapter for Autonomous Units ApS with new investors and changes in the governance of the company.   With an investment both from within the existing investor group as well as adding a new strong Robotics investor creates a step change for the growth journey of Autonomous Units. A big congrats to all involved to secure this round and not the least a thanks to the current and new investors for believing in the project. 🤖 💪   In course of this process, we have in the co-founder team and with our board had an open dialogue on the future strategy and governance of Autonomous Units and I am grateful for the constructive collaboration shown by all to my proposal for changing the daily management of the company. Therefore, it has been agreed, that I now, after 3 years as CEO & co-founder, will hand back the CEO role to our current CTO Flemming (AUs main shareholder). I will still support the company going forward as advisory and minority shareholder, as I firmly believe in this business and not the least the entire team Autonomous Units. 👊   I would like to take this opportunity to first and foremost sending a huge thanks to my brother Flemming Kjær Thinggaard for letting me take part in “your” adventure and making it “ours” and through that gain an opportunity to learn and develop new skills and insights in the world of entrepreneurship, robotics and innovation. 🙏   Secondly, Søren Johannes Bjerre, and big thanks for taking this adventure with me/us, it´s been a true pleasure to explore the commercial sides of the business with you. 👏   Finally, a big thanks to the entire Team Autonomous Units for great collaboration and lots of fun, to the Team AU Board of Directors and Advisory Board for strong professional sparing and inspiration, to our many curious and engaging customers, to our great and supportive partners and suppliers, as well as the many followers all around who have been a truly major source of energy and support throughout the journey.
