Speech Craft Analytics analysis of #linguistic and #voice features exhibited some nervousness: We focus on the sentence, "We also said that it will pull forward about $400,000,000 of net interest income and in so doing in spite of the additional shares will be it will be accretive in 2025 and slightly accretive in 'twenty six,". The use of performative language ("We also said") combined with strong modal verbs ("will") points to a desire to reinforce the authority and legitimacy of the statement. However, the high vocal tremors and deliberately slow speech rate signal potential stress or uncertainty, possibly reflecting the speaker’s internal doubts about the accuracy or feasibility of the claims being made. The sentence exhibits a near-average pitch but high vocal tremors, which suggests underlying stress or uncertainty. While the Gorman is making an effort to assert control and present a confident front, there may be underlying anxiety or uncertainty about the statements, which could indicate an attempt to manage perception and maintain credibility in the face of uncertain outcomes. This combination of factors could be interpreted as a cluster of deception markers or, at the very least, a cautious and calculated delivery.
