According to the World Health Organization, By the end of this decade one in six people are expected to be over 60 and by 2050 there will be 426 million people who are 80 or older. At the same time, population growth is forecast to fall. With a shrinking labour pool affecting many economies and sectors, employers will be competing for people in a smaller talent pool and more. people will remain in the workforce for longer out of either choice or necessity.
