This week I'm focused on how a feature becomes a product in the digital shopping space. Reminds me of that old show we watched as kids about how a bill becomes a law. Mapping it out in a visual presentation may be just as...interesting. With features though, while the process can be complex depending on the industry and the business, it's important as a product manager to stay focused on 2 major things: 💥 The market you're serving 💥 The customer needs - in my opinion, this is VITAL to understand And then tying that data back to your business' vision and priorities. One of my goals in mapping this out visually is to ensure that what we have on deck not only aligns with those business priorities but also delivers actual value to our customers. Which brings me to my questions: How are you ensuring the products you create deliver value to your customers?
