Happy Monday! A few caytoo clients have been asking about best practice from our outside-in POV. So in no particular order, here are some to get us going......... - many rights holders leave it far too late when selling major assets - timelines for anything in 6 figures plus take 12-18 months' to sell - so you should always be selling, don't stop when you do deals - build the network so you have relationships for when the time is right - not now, isn't "no"; keep following up periodically until the time is right - the most effective are the most systematic and relentless in their outreach - don't send 50 pg decks - capture the essence of the opportunity in 1-2 pgs - use timely, relevant hooks to open doors - always lead with what is in it for the sponsor, develop brand empathy - set aside regular time for new, focussed outreach - measure your results, repeat what works Thoughts?
