THE VISION COACH - Embrace Change. Rediscover Your Vision. Reinvent Your Professional Path with Purpose and Passion. Land the Job of Your Dreams. When WHAT you do matches WHO you are.
How does gratitude impact your professional life?
Gratitude is my medicine of choice. I don’t think there’s a better way to reset my brain, especially after accomplishing weeks of non-stop work. This pill is SO sweet! I am filled with hope for our digital arts initiative to prevent youth dating violence portraitX after a super duper fundraising event at Startupfest. I am especially grateful to our incredible panel with Kate Arthur David Usher Valentine Goddard Karl-André St-Victor. Watch out world! Change is coming to our communities with these creative leaders at the forefront of Ai literacy and youth education. I’ve worn a talisman around my neck since my oldest daughter was born. It’s a horn of abundance that was passed on through the family matriarchy four generations past. It softly reminds me: “Say thank you to the smallest moments”. This was a BIG moment in the journey of Raison d'art, so exponentially I say thank you for all the support of those that joined us along the road. I am honoured to have you in my life.

### Introducing Always Beek1nd KC: A 501(c)(3) Organization **Mission Statement** Always Beek1nd KC is dedicated to more than just technology; it’s about community, connection, and creating a brighter future for America. By providing new tech, we aim to bring families closer, helping parents and children bond and understand each other better. Keeping kids engaged and busy with technology can keep them out of trouble, fostering a safer and more connected community. Ultimately, we are paving pathways to a brighter future in the tech industry for America’s youth. **Our Name Explained** - **Always**: Represents a habit or a consistent way of doing things. We believe in always being there, always giving back, and always caring. - **Beek1nd**: - **Bee**: Just like bees protect and serve their communities by pollinating, we aim to spread love and support within our communities. Bee also stands as an acronym for the initials of my daughters, emphasizing the personal connection and inspiration behind our mission. - **k1nd**: Pronounced as "kind," it reminds us to show kindness everywhere we go. You never know how a small gesture can change someone's life. The number "1" replaces the "i" to highlight the importance of self-care, mental health, and well-being. Taking care of yourself allows you to better care for others. **Our Values** - **Community**: Building stronger bonds within our community is at the heart of what we do. Kansas City, our hometown, is the starting point of our mission. - **Connection**: Using technology as a tool to bring families together and keep children engaged and safe. - **Future**: Providing pathways for youth to enter and excel in the tech industry, ensuring a brighter future for them and for America. **Personal Story** The spirit of Always Beek1nd KC is deeply rooted in personal experience. My background in customer service and chauffeuring, though not making me rich in material wealth, has made me rich in love and talent at heart. My journey of helping others with empathy and compassion has shaped the ethos of Always Beek1nd KC. Kansas City, the heart of America, is where my kids grew up, and I hope to see our community come together and expand this mission across the state and beyond. Together, we can make a difference by always being kind, giving back, and supporting one another. Join us in our mission to create a more connected, caring, and technologically advanced future for our children and our community.

It starts with recognizing one’s value. It is then that one might openly request this, that and more in the chase of better humanity. Zachary Nunn is on that chase. As you read this post consider how you might add value. A many are needed when working to shift narratives. Perhaps it is money. Maybe it is a bartering or sharing of resources. Consider potential introductions to folks that can open doors. Together. Do something. #livingcorporate

The Nv Portrait is like no other - question-driven, learner-centered. Its implementation is grounded in a marvel of an integrated system of support structures and processes. The Nv model provides any state’s dept of ed with strategy to bring together standards, competencies, the Portrait as North Star, professional capacity-building, grassroots buildout across stakeholders-learners, educators, parents, biz community, nonprofit orgs-budget, and importantly, leadership from the top that links up the NDE with intermediary leadership. Together this collaborative culture is building the roadmap and providing the resources necessary for the journey to make the Nv Portrait of a Learner a driver of real change to equip young people with an education essential to thriving in life.
