A new cellva ingredient made by coffee by-products☕ 🌎 Coffee is one of the most commercialized products worldwide, reaching every corner of the globe. However, the coffee industry has a significant problem: it generates substantial waste🗑️. It's estimated that coffee production results in 23 million tons of husks annually. These husks are often discarded but are rich in antioxidants, fiber, and bioactive compounds. Unfortunately, these valuable components are wasted, contributing to unnecessary pollution and missed opportunities for utilization. At Cellva, we found a solution. We can transform this coffee by-product into natural sweeteners with additional antioxidant properties. This promotes a circular economy♻️by repurposing coffee waste and provides a significant health benefit.
