Lab ordering + physician oversight + get results = labs done 😄 Often, prospects tend to only consider these 3 things But between lab ordering and results There is a TON of operational complexity At scale, these operational headaches really add up You need folks with ops experience and clinical know-how Who understand when and how to intervene So when folks partner with Vital It's not as simple as getting access to lab ordering, physician oversight & getting structured results Of course, that's important But more so it's the stress and headache we save in between The peace of mind that someone is fully focused on operations and intervening where necessary With that, a huge shout-out to our lab ops squad 🎉 #laborders #labtesting #tryvital #phlebotomy

An interesting one. Rules are rules but I scoffed somewhat at the campaigning group's line insisting that the contracts must be served their termination notices. We're talking about a group of several dozen practices here, not one or two sites. Who takes them over if their contracts are terminated? Its been 9️⃣ + years since I was a Med Device Rep. So much has changed.... Here's what I'd go back and do on Day 1....👇 I'd go to bed the night before, early AF. I'd wake up, early AF. I'd workout like a Clydesdale. I'd eat and dress, clean AF. I'd go straight to my biggest account..... regardless of traffic, distance, product knowledge, training, weather, gas mileage or gas prices. I'd go to the department where my company, my product and my service should absolutely dominate efficacy, efficiency, and quality. I'd introduce myself to the department head and explain that I know nothing other than finding solutions 🤪 I don't even have a business card yet 😎 I'd ask "if there's anything I can solve for you today, just let me know and I'll do my best." I'd smile. I'd ask for their business card. I'd schedule time in the next 10 days to come back and formally chat about what's being offered to help caregivers and patients, in that specific department. I'd even go so far as to pitch a free service that I'd offer to come in and take inventory of the products and processes currently in the building. 121-pt check of the day to day. Free. Then I'd find a champion to accompany me. To see what I see. To see what they see. To mutually agree on the areas of opportunity. I'd then go do all the heavy lifting of putting the information together. Professionally bound. Spend my own 💰 to do it. Commit for a day and time....to deliver the intel…in person. No chance I’m emailing my sweat equity away. In person only. Rinse and repeat for the next 364 days. Only good things can happen....for everyone. If you're an Epic expert, but feel stuck in a hamster wheel, check out this new role with Incisive Consultants. Apparently, an even more extreme version of the 80/20 rule applies to sales and referral generation. 80% of our business comes from referrals and 90% of our referrals come from 10% of our employees. And we know why that is...nobody likes to feel like they are being used and there's not much transparency during the process. We are hiring someone to resolve this. It will be their job to ensure this process is collaborative, transparent and rewarding, and not just for the Type A personalities. The more successful this person is, the less salespeople we need as we continue scaling. This translates to lower bill rates to our clients, more opportunities for our consultants, and more money passed on to the Epic experts who are making healthcare better.
