As one of the newest members of the Quest team, to say I have been floored by the warm welcome I have received would be an understatement! From Christmas themed antics, including our cheeky little elves, to small everyday gestures that have ensured I felt included and valued. Employers may worry about the build up to Christmas, about slips in productivity and standards, lost work time to office fun, but it is an important step to invest in the foundations of your team – whether that’s building new relationships or strengthening established ones. First day back and things went okay i guess. I mean at first, i was nervous.But then i got comfortable One thing i learned today is you can bring the electricity and be quiet about it. Sometimes, i take things too personal. And I understand the only thing my coach and associate coaches want for me to be successful, and be on time. Well, i think i have the on time thing on point. Thanks to Lyft, today is the best example of my on time record. By using Lyft, i cut travel time to 12% of the time in comparison to RTS - Regional Transit Service and yeah, i'm pointing that out because when t comes to traveling to work, RTS takes too long and the on time guarantee is poorly diluted in several cases. I can't rely on RTS - Regional Transit Service, they're not helping by not putting a zone in my area for On Demand. So if i can financially afford it and i will make sure i can afford it every 2 weeks, just to make sure i'm at work on time. The way i see it, the only way i have a Galaxy S24 Ultra is becuase of Magenta. This my first job since the issues with Continuum Global Solutions and be ernest about the entire thing. There is a really big difference between how a Verizon SPC handles their employees, and how my new job has treated me. Even with the tough times, it is still better over here. So please, everyone who's reading this, please don't take this as showboating or bragging... But you can think of it as 2 things... 1. That after today, i get the startegy and the gameplan at my new job, and i have officially sold into it fully. Now i have to unlock my MyMagenta access. Becuase i need some Magenta to match this Black & Carbon Fiber i have in my wardrobe. 2. I'm doing things for my new job that i was never able to do until i was hired where i'm at now. This is solely about how the company treats the employee. Now, i'm solely focused on my guests. Now that i'm point, this is a sign of things to come. Everyday until i'm notified, i'm in the building at 6:20 in Pre-Hustle Mode. Knowing my teammates, not just the ones in my pod, the entire building, throughout the day will be there soon. Then... It's #HustleAndHelpEveryone: The Magenta Remix, So you know it's finely tuned and specfically desgned solely for my guests. Allow me to define truly why it's so much better over here.

I have a job. Im only here to speak out against Spectrum/Charter. Nobody from the company has enough guts to reach out to me and payback the money they caused me to lose. Im only going to state facts

That is it. No reason behind it. the business model is to set up the employees to fail so they can quit or get fired. If you jump thru their imaginary brass rings, they find other ways. they don't care about retaining employees and paying them to do a good job. They rather keep a revolving door hiring people cheaper.) favoritism (all these a good reason the call centers should #unionize #union #unionstrong) Advice Listen to your employees in regards to the changes they would like to see. (they won't. They want their employees not be there long enough to see any changes implemented)
