Almost out of nowhere, city streets were crowded with the newest mobility trend: electrical kickscooters. 🛴 The digital transition of one of the main producers of these scooters: Segway-Ninebot went just as fast. Within 2 months (!) the products of the retail focused brand were available in online brand stores in 6 European countries. Deliveries at the ‘last mile’ stage are the most costly part of the distribution chain for not only #B2B deliveries, but especially for #B2C and #C2C flows. In addition to costs, emissions and increased road traffic, especially in urban areas, are also an issue. The topic of #pollution reduction is one of the key issues to be addressed. For years, the Last Mile Experts team has been supporting of all stakeholders in distribution processes through education and the sharing of good industry practice. I am pleased to announce that we have just completed work on the third edition of the 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗘 𝗘𝗨𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗘 report.
