The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida’s Post

This week, WGA Director Nikki Sabol hosted our monthly staff meeting with an unusual icebreaker. She invited us to plant seeds in small clay pots and discuss how we, too, are nurturing our growth as professionals in our work to build a better community through philanthropy. It was a great activity for the summer!

This activity was so fun, and it sparked great conversation about work life balance and personal and professional growth. May everyone’s seeds live long and prosper. 🖖
