Yes..! paytm is not able to meet salaries. I worked in paytm as a Key Account Manager for Bangalore location and resigned in the month of April. My manager marked me LOP wantedly for 13 days, together in the months of March April and May. I am asking my manager L1 for the reasons for marking me as LOP. No response from him. I asked my L2 manager no response from. I asked HR he is also not responding, he is supporting L1 and L2 manager. I am raising for my salary from the month of May. After I resigned I texted my L1 manager dont mark any LOP wantedly. Then also he didn’t stop. I have to get total of 30,000 from the company (13 days salary + one month reimbursement). I writing mails to HR team they are not responding. I have given mails and reminder mails to HR and higher managers but my issue not resolved from three months. I am writing Vijay Shekhar Sharma sir also, I think with his busy schedule maybe he is not having time to go every mail. Now, I’m am hoping Vijay Shekhar Sharma sir will look into this comment and resolve my request.

He got his share in Swiss bank by giving Chinese friends(Chinese US citizens) an exit. He sold 400 rupee company in 2000 rupees by doing IPO Vijay Shekhar Sharma - you should have some shame what you did to make money without talent. I also passed out 10th class at the age of 13 but that does not make me a candidate to loot investors money. Your company’s IPO was a bigger scam than Harshad Mehta scam.
They say never put all your eggs in one basket so always have options or back up plan ready when it comes to team thing and I about the client never expect too much until the deal is done with bigger clients and there are many big clients in the market. Hire few smart ones in the team experience does not matter .
