President Age at Inauguration

Life expectancy has gone up more. I’m not defending older presidents, but there weren’t nearly as many old politicians to draw from 100 or 200 years ago.

I wonder what it'd look like if it was cross referenced with life expectancy.

Texans just voted no on Prop 13, that would’ve increased judges retirement age from 70-75 to 75-79. Takeaway: A constitutional amendment on age limits for presidents would pass overwhelmingly. The American people are screaming this in the polls.

As Americans, we're all about breaking records—whether it's on the Olympic track or in the hallowed halls of the Oval Office. We're hitting new highs, quite literally, in terms of the ages of our Presidents at inauguration. I mean, are we aiming for wisdom or just trying to ensure the President qualifies for a senior discount at the national parks? But seriously, this trend underscores a need for change. Candidates like Vivek Ramaswamy and Dean Phillips are bucking the trend, bringing youthful energy that could shake up the status quo. There's hope for fresh perspectives in the White House yet!

At certain point we should considering an upper age limit to balance fresh perspective on current issues vs leadership experience.

Is this a reflection of the age of voters showing up to the polls?

Clearly the commander-in-chief of the free world is also *following* a consistent aging trend 😎 Btw, as a huge fan of the All-in Podcast, your service is deeply appreciated! Not sure I like that Bidens 2nd term is already shown. Maybe its already been decided... this also doesn't show the presidents in order, so it doesn't actually show an aging trend.

Life expectancy is monotonic as is their ages...Not surprising...Younger leader leading old societies will become an outlier going forward
