As a pharmacist turned continuous improvement specialist, I can remember “Test”-> “Observation”-> “Inference” table when carrying out experiments in the Chemistry laboratory and relate it to Deming’s PDCA cycle for solving problems and improving processes. #scientificthinking #transformationalleadership #processimprovement #organizationalexcellence
