The rumors of my retirement were greatly exaggerated, and a bad April Fools Joke...however, 12 years ago Dave Kellogg played a bad April Fools Joke on Marc Benioff and hired me into Service Cloud. I don't think anyone knows that I still work here, but here I am! Thanks to everyone who supported me at Salesforce over the last 12 years!
