Charlie Saffro, this was outstanding! I think your story is powerful and you did very well in bringing it home. Great message. So relatable. I'm still driven and motivated daily to help, train, and lead people. I know that nothing gets done without them. "Do it. Do it right. Do it right now." should work for everyone in any industry and at all levels. Bravo! 👏
Great job Charlie. Your open and humble style are very powerful as a leader. I find that employees want to do well and leaders who engage them and ask for their help get it. Too many leaders decide that employees don’t care so they treat them that way and then the employees tune out. You said leaders are busy focusing on the P&L and the customers and don’t have time for the employees. If leaders focus more on the employees the profits and customer satisfaction will be much higher than if they don’t. Great job!
Congrats
Charlie Saffro spoken with such candor! One thing comes to mind after listening to your speech. “Change Management”. With people at the root of business, how do you ENSURE you have the right people, in the right seat? Without RPRS, change management and human centered leadership can be exponentially harder (not impossible). This is more so guided at your internal hiring process. I am very curious on thoughts!
Charlie Saffro OMG, this is soooo amazing! You did an unbelievable job! At a time when kindness, trust, loyalty, and culture is at an all time low, this is a MUST WATCH for every leader out there! So proud to be your friend. XXOO
Really enjoyed this one, Charlie Saffro. It's a great talk!
Fantastic message Charlie Saffro. Words of wisdom for leaders from all backgrounds. Team member engagement, focusing on creating a positive work experience, defining your organization's culture, shaping and living up to the organization's core values are paramount to leading high performing teams and growing the successful business you and your colleagues have built. 👏 👏 👏
AMAZING, Charlie! Such an important message and you delivered it brilliantly! Thank you! And Congratulations! I know you put your heart and soul into this talk. 💗

1moYour message struck a chord with me on a deeply personal level. During the pandemic, I faced criticism for my approach of openly appreciating my National Ops team. We furloughed over 300 employees and I couldn't overlook the incredible efforts of our Regionals and frontline workers, who stepped up in extraordinary ways. It wasn't just about recognizing their hard work; it was about honoring their resilience and commitment during such trying times. Your talk served as a beacon of validation, reigniting a sense of purpose within me. It's a reminder that even in the darkest moments, appreciation can be a guiding light. Thank you for reaffirming this fundamental aspect of leadership.
