Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services’ Post

We had an incredible time sharing insights and gathering around delicious food at NACAS West. Our talented culinarians elevated the Chartwells-sponsored dinner reception with innovative dishes inspired by the Sonoma Coast featuring Ecuadorian wild white shrimp ceviche 🦐 and strozzapreti 🍝. Our friend Chef Jet Tila also joined the fun with an inspired Korean BBQ menu, including short ribs, cold soba noodles, and more. 👨🍳 We’re excited about another year of partnering with NACAS and sharing our innovations with our professional peers. A huge thank you to our team and chefs for their exceptional culinary contributions!
