File this under "Silly Fun." World's Largest Bounce House is coming to Las Vegas. Adults can come to their own 3- hr session for $42 and there are tiers and sessions for kids by age group from teens to toddlers down to $22. What is it about Vegas that attracts super sized attractions? Despite that, this is actually a bit of genius. Their whole show basically deflates and packs into one or two semi trucks. They rent generators and some fencing locally, probably hire a local team for docents and security, and can rapidly pop-up a family experience for a weekend visit. If they had more substantial infrastructure and costs, they'd probably need to stay in locations longer to make the sales they need for success. This enables them to generate demand with a weekend-only attraction and then move on to the next market the following weekend. I'm a little envious of the simplicity of what is probably a lucrative touring model. 🧠 When I first told people about my plans for our next Wholesaling Syndicate Live, they looked at me like I’d lost my mind. Here’s the deal: in less than 60 days, I wanted to create the biggest and best event not just for us, but for the entire real estate wholesaling industry.
