Measure motivationโ€” Ask people on the front lines what excites or creates stress for them. For example, ask: What habits does the team want to improve? What are some specific ideas to improve those habits? Then find partners who can help create solutions to bring the best ideas to life, reduce friction, and make use of your peoples' great ideas.โ€จ Mentorโ€” high-potential employees on key skills. To ensure your high performers feel challenged and your developing employees are growing, schedule quarterly skill-development meetings for each of your direct reports. Use that time to identify one concrete, high-leverage skill (think problem-solving or leadership) for them to improve in the next quarter. I love this post and that article Chelsea Wood ๐ŸŒŠ! Leading people doesn't mean pushing them...it means igniting their innate desires and helping them stretch to get them. So cool! I know about some tech that helps measure and provide actionable insights on team motivation, assessments, and a whole lot more...sounds like it fits in with what you are doing...
