Recently, members of the ITT Inc. Finance team met at our global HQ in Stamford, CT to discuss our continuous improvement plan for the company’s controllership practices. We concluded our working session with a productive audit elevate lab in partnership with Deloitte where we identified the key behaviors and actions needed to advance our audit processes. My personal highlight from the session as well as the controllership sessions that followed at other ITT locations was the relationship building with our teams from across the world and understanding the bridge between our current state assessment and our path forward.
