The Workplace Pride Global Benchmark has just awarded Shell a score of 97.2%, which means we are ‘among the very best, truly leading the way for others.’ Shell has a bold vision: To become one of the most diverse and inclusive organisations in the world. Where everyone feels valued, respected and has a strong sense of belonging. How will we achieve this? -> By making sure our inclusion strategy is about absolutely everyone. So whoever you are, and wherever you are, you should feel free to be yourself at Shell. -> By understanding that each of us starts from a different place, and levelling the playing field for everyone means that we have to be targeted. We do that by focusing on four areas: Gender, Race & Ethnicity, LGBT+ and Disability Inclusion and enABLEment. -> By being clear about our roadmap and guiding principles, which were built from hundreds of conversations with colleagues, so you know where we are today, where we want to go and how we plan to get there. We don’t have all the answers. And we’ll keep talking, listening, learning and improving our approach.
