Dear Applicants When you are interviewing for a job and are asked for references to call about you, you should also ask for a list of references as well. Looking for a job is a 2 way street. Reference - past employee who worked for the supervisor - current employee who works for the supervisor - a long time employee - a recently hired employee I invite you to be intentional in your search. You are not only looking to work at a place but also should be intentional about who you will report to as a supervisor, makes a big difference. #authenticleadership
