I really appreciated the commentary from Nnenna O. Founder of LBB Skin and the other panelists on the #csw68 side event: Creating an ecosystem to enable women entrepreneurs to drive sustainable economic growth. On #iwd2024 it feels very fitting in line with the UN theme of #investinwomen to be chairing an audit committee for The Pankhurst Trust (Incorporating Manchester Women's Aid) to agree the budget for next year. It is an organisation of brilliant women doing amazing things. In a challenging financial climate for the sector where there are cuts in public spending directly impacting on vital services for vulnerable women, setting a sustainable financial future is essential for equality.
