By pledging to do 3,000 squats in September, you are raising vital funds for life-changing research into bowel cancer and bowel disease. 3,000 squats in 30 days work out as 100 squats a day, although you can also do less or more during your day – it’s your challenge so make it work for you! You could do them throughout the day, for example, whilst waiting for the kettle to boil; or while you’re cooking dinner! When and where you squat is up to you, just complete 3,000 by 30th September.
