2wHello Team, I love Chime. I've referred around 10 people, not just for the referral bonus but because of the amazing convenience. I’ve had multiple bank accounts, but none have matched the great experience I've had with Chime. However, after being a member for over a year, I've noticed a decline in customer service quality. I've encountered a few issues where I didn't receive the desired response from the CS team, which is probably located in the Philippines. Despite sharing my feedback, it didn’t seem to make any impact. I hope this message reaches someone who can address these concerns.
