Isn't it funny how your first job can inform the trajectory for your whole career? I've done lots of side hustles, but my mainline always comes back to being a designer. After a short but life-changing internship at the digital creative agency Wednesday in London, I spent my twenties flying back & forth to the U.S as Creative Director for an amazing beauty/wellness/food tradeshow called FounderMade, and before I knew it, I had met hundreds of brands on the brink of explosive growth who went on to become ‘the next big thing’ in their category. I think I underestimated the influence that meeting all those incredible brands had on me. The styling, the storytelling, the innovation. Because if there's one thing I seem to know inside out, it's how to position beauty brands through the power of visual marketing, whether that's through their branding playbook, their next pitch deck to a dream partner, or with Soosh, my time-saving TikTok/Reels toolkit for beauty brands.
