👋 Hey there, Swift Enthusiasts! I'm excited to share some insights into a fresh addition to the UIViewController's lifecycle – the viewIsAppearing(_:) method. This new kid on the block, viewIsAppearing(_:), made its debut in the world of UIKit. It's an interesting addition because it comes into play after the viewWillAppear, but just before the grand entrance of viewDidAppear. So, what's the special sauce here? Well, it's all about timing. When viewIsAppearing(_:) is triggered, your view has been laid out, and it's part of the hierarchy, but it's not yet on the main stage – the screen. This is the moment where you can rely on the view's size and characteristics, which can be incredibly handy.
