I dare you - call your own hotel. 📞 It's a great idea to call your hotel from time to time to check the following: 🗳️ Are the IVR menu options clear and working? 🗳️ How quickly was the phone answered? 🗳️ Was it answered well and on brand? 🗳️ How is the volume & sound quality? 🗳️ What about the on-hold music? Hopefully the phone is answered. I call hotels A LOT and in my experience, 50% of calls to the switchboard go unanswered.
