We're excited to announce that following his successful work-study experience, Lucas has joined Christensen Farms full-time! 🙌 This year, we launched the MyCareer program—a comprehensive framework supporting our talent lifecycle. MyCareer helps employees identify short- and long-term career opportunities and connects them with resources to build the skills needed to achieve their career goals.
