I help entrepreneurial leaders thrive through conscious conversations

To be a successful leader it takes some special character.   But it isn’t what you might think it is.   You don’t need to be the strongest, toughest or smartest!  Not even your teammates need to be part of that category. This is what you can learn from the Navy SEALs (US special operations force). They are considered one of the highest performing organisations on the planet.  Their members all possess something much deeper.    Service.  Also when emotionally & physical exhausted they find some energy to help the person next to them. 👍 Service is what defines the highest performing teams in the world. 👍 Endeavours based on shared values towards a common vision. 👍 Determinations with the aim to be part of something bigger than yourself. Have you found your source of excellence? Your team that supports you? And that you are inspired by to serve? Beautiful Christina, and so true. Sometimes I feel modern society is a bit lost and his talk sums it up so well. How can we create a society where more of us are focusing on being there for each other, instead of maximising for ourselves?
