What a wild end to my third NFL season Action Network and second with Better Collective! I first joined the Action team to start focusing on video content and building a video department from scratch. We started with two live shows in September 2020, added three new shows in 2021, and developed seven more shows in 2022. We quickly turned podcasts into video content, produced original videos, had sit down interviews with former and current athletes, and created so much more content. Last NFL season alone, the video team produced over 300 live shows and 3,000 videos. And throughout all of that, behind the scenes, the team was preparing to launch our very own Action studio in our new office in NYC. We opened the studio Wild Card Weekend, brought in NFL talent from across the country and produced 13 shows in our studio over three days. That alone would have been an incredible accomplishment to finish out the season… and then we found out we won Best Video Content for 2022 at the FSGA Awards. There aren’t enough words to express how proud I am of everyone on the Action team that helped us go from “Let’s build a video team,” in September 2020 to Best Video Content in 2022. And the best part is that we’re really just getting started. ✅
