Happy Friday, everyone! 🎉 What are your wins for this week? Remember, if you're not taking the time to celebrate your wins, no matter how small, you're missing a golden opportunity to inspire and motivate your team.
No matter the kind of week we've had, there's always something positive to acknowledge. For us, the win to highlight this week comes from our long-term collaboration with the Gratitude Initiative, an organization we've been working with for over 10 years. Their mission is to support military and law enforcement children, grades 8-12, in preparing for college. "Honoring the sacrifices of our Military and Law Enforcement families by helping their children succeed in college, their career, and life."
This week, we held a marketing strategy session for the upcoming month of April, the Month of the Military Child. I'm excited to share how we are collaborating, but let's just say a major national brand is stepping up in a big way to support this cause. 😉
The impact of Gratitude Initiative on these children is amazing, and the leadership's dedication to their mission has been a key driver of their success into the second decade. In our behind-the-scenes meetings, it's common to hear discussions from them about how raising 'x' amount can transform the lives of 'x' number of kids. It's this kind of purpose-driven organization that we're passionate about supporting.
Organizations that aim to leave a lasting impact and legacy are the ones we're most proud to work alongside. So, as we wrap up another week, let's not forget to celebrate our wins and the difference we're making, one project at a time.
