Today marks my last day at Coda Payments as I take on a new adventure that I’ll share more on soon.
But first, a reflection on my last nearly year and a half at Coda:
🧱Together we formalized Coda’s first solution stack - redefining how we talk about and sell Coda’s robust product offerings across monetization for digital goods.
📝We created Coda’s first B2B messaging matrix and in depth persona construction to aid sales enablement.
🎇 We set off fireworks with a new B2B brand Campaign at the Hollywood Bowl with the Game Awards.
🎪We changed the way we show up to the industry at shows like ChinaJoy, Gamescom, G-Star & GDC.
📢We named, productized and led the first B2B GTM for Custom Commerce.
🚀We launched the official COD:M web store with Activision.
🌟We developed the partnerships strategy function to get closer with our publisher partners and elevate the way we support their vision and goals both internally and externally.
🌱 We created, hired and onboarded the Partnerships Growth and Product Marketing functions to expand our pipeline and ABM impact and add rigor to how we competitively inform our product roadmap and value proposition development.
📈 We built the B2B function from one Director and manager to a team of 8 spanning 6 countries.
And Coda is just getting started. I’m so proud to have helped them break ground and to have worked with such great people. I grew as a colleague and leader, and walk away better understanding and appreciating being a part of a truly global team.
