As an experienced Beauty Account Manager, I have worked diligently to implement different activations to grow a brand’s retail sales. I have recruited, trained, coached, motivated, and developed associates on procedures, product knowledge, and team/individual productivity goals. 🌟 Week 5 Update at L'Oréal as a Sales Intern 🌟
I am thrilled to share my journey at Matrix Hair Care Products, part of the L'Oréal family. This week marks my fifth week, and it's been an incredible learning experience working with the Scalppure range, designed specifically for anti-dandruff treatment. Scalppure is unique as it's formulated to be applied directly to the scalp, unlike any other haircare product on the market.
My current focus is on a management objective titled "Evaluating the Influence of Product Positioning on Sales: Study on Scalppure." To achieve this, I am conducting factor analysis to identify the most influencing variables and using attribute-based perceptual mapping techniques to understand Scalppure's market positioning. This includes comparing Scalppure with competitors like L'Oréal Professionnel Serie Expert Instant Clear Shampoo and Schwarzkopf Professional BC Bonacure Scalp Therapy Dandruff Control Shampoo.
This week, I have also started working in new areas that are serviced by the company and have dedicated DS support. The salons here show a stronger preference for Matrix products and services, providing valuable insights into how effective distribution and support can enhance brand perception and sales.

This first semester of 2024 the Groupe had a continued strong growth and market outperformance with sales growth of +7.3% like-for-like1, +7.5% reported.
I am proud to share that Latin America delivered outstanding growth of +14.2% like-for-like and +15.8% reported.
Our growth was fueled by a balanced contribution from both value and volume. The performance was broad-based across the region, with particularly remarkable momentum in Mexico, the Group’s second largest growth contributor, and Brazil. Argentina was impacted by the economic crisis and the subsequent contraction in consumption.
All Divisions grew. Consumer Products maintained exceptional momentum with L’Oréal Paris particularly dynamic; Elsève has become the number one haircare brand in Brazil in value. Growth in Dermatological Beauty was driven by La Roche-Posay and CeraVe. By category, haircare had outstanding growth across all three Divisions. The other categories also progressed strongly with makeup and fragrances particularly dynamic. Sales progressed faster online than offline, driven primarily by pure players.
