Charlie Stack’s Post

AI adoption comes down to business model transformation. The technology is, more often than not, the easy part. Hence, the change must be led from the top.    The good news for my CEO friends is that they won’t need to learn Python to be effective in their jobs. Rather, there are some simple mindset shifts most CEOs can start to embody TODAY, that will help them (and their organizations) get started on successful AI journeys. My partners Fabio Moioli, Jason Baumgarten, and I distilled the most important things we’ve learned from hundreds of clients globally into 3 simple AI lessons for CEOs.  I’d love to hear about your own lessons learned!   #ai #artificialintelligence #ceo #technology

CEOs need to develop a deep understanding of how AI can drive strategic value for their organization. This involves identifying the specific problems AI can solve, the potential impact on business processes, and the competitive advantage it can provide. It's important to view AI as a transformative tool that can enable new business models, enhance decision-making, and unlock hidden insights from data.

I couldn't agree more! AI adoption requires a significant shift in business models, which should be led by the top management. As an AI enthusiast, I have witnessed how the technology itself is not the biggest challenge. Rather, the most significant hurdle lies in embracing a new mindset that supports AI. Hats off to Charlie Stack and his partners Fabio Moioli and Jason Baumgarten for distilling the crucial lessons they've learned from clients worldwide into 3 simple AI lessons for CEOs to embrace. AI is not about replacing humans; it's about augmenting their abilities to achieve better results and enhance efficiency. So, let's lead with AI rather than letting it lead us. #ai #artificialintelligence #ceo #technology

I couldn't agree more. Just like PCs, Internet, and Mobile, AI is the next big disruptor that needs to be embraced as a full on transformation, not just an application.
