Do you struggle to keep your whole team up to speed on all the different training or educational materials they need to do their job? I talk a lot about how training (and implementation) are the real reasons most organizations hate their technology tools. I often advise that every organization needs someone to wear the "trainer" hat... It's their job to design and implement training, such as "how to use our software our way," or "what you need to know about our Mission, Vision, Values," or just the ordinary new-employee onboarding steps. Here's a short video from Gnowbe's Microlearning Instructional Design course on what and Instructional Designer does...
