So much has been said yet very little has actually been done.. The “Rainwater Rainfall Drainage Fee” being encumbered by Detroit’s water customers should be outlawed and illegal.. Only God Knows how much rainfall & rainwater there is going to be and all rainfall is an act of God and should not be subjected to a fee or tax!!

Every *Block Party* should be considered a peaceful assembly of the Citizenry until as at such time it demonstrates to be otherwise. To infringe upon and impose upon the Citizens restrictions on peaceably assembling on face value rings of unconstitutionality and after a deeper dive into the matter it definitely attests to being Unconstitutional..
