#China is composed of 23 provinces, five autonomous regions, four municipalities (Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, and Chongqing), and two special administrative regions (Macau and Hong Kong). Among all these entities, 27 of them have already established plans to accelerate the development of hydrogen production.
