Customer feedback is simply not dynamic - despite best efforts by Qualtrics and other survey offerings, adoption is low and insights take months to crunch. I’ve worked with clients where feedback comes months after execution needed to happen. You’re left with outdated data, missed opportunities for developers, and misalignment between sales & strategy. As a result, companies frequently produce detailed research that ends up overlooked. That's why businesses are seeking simpler, team-accessible methods for gathering meaningful customer insights. Founded by Asa Schachar and John Provine, Voicepanel is a new way to gather feedback using AI. Simply specify what you want feedback and it will recruit respondents, conduct open-ended interviews, and synthesize insights automatically. Congrats to the team on the round!

🚀 We recently wrapped up our first Advisory Day, hosting 20 of our top customers who provided invaluable feedback on our product roadmap, shared their biggest challenges, and spent the day with us learning and collaborating. Here are my three biggest takeaways from the day: Customer Journey Insights: Providing CX teams with full insight into the history of the customer journey in a simple way is crucial for helping them make informed decisions AI and Job Security: The fear around AI replacing jobs is real. As technology companies and brands, we must work together to leverage AI to free up time for more high-value interactions, helping humans do what we do best, connecting with others. This approach is essential for a balanced and productive future vs today where many CX reps spend the majority of their time answering questions like "where is my order" Empathy and Energy: The empathy and energy that all the CX leaders in attendance pour into their customers and their roles are truly inspiring.
