Clayton Chamber of Commerce’s Post

We are thrilled to share the success of today's sustainability event, “Scaling Sustainably, Growing Your Business and Doing More with Less”, hosted by the Clayton Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Novo Nordisk. Highlights from the event included: · Circular for Zero by Jeremy Keltner, EHS Sr. Manager, Novo Nordisk · Symbiosis by Lisbeth Randers, Head of the Secretariat in Kalundborg Symbiosis · Sustainability in Design by Joy Forbes, Novo Nordisk & Julia Janaro, Hanbury · Brewing Sustainably by Paul Auclair, Brewmaster, DEEP RIVER BREWING COMPANY This event took place on the heels of Novo Nordisk's exciting news of a $4.1 billion expansion, bringing 1,000 jobs to Clayton and Johnston County—the largest life science investment in North Carolina's history! Attendees also enjoyed an exclusive tour of the Novo Nordisk API facility, led by Amy Bryson. We are inspired by the innovative sustainability practices shared and look forward to continuing our efforts in building a sustainable future for our community! #ClaytonChamber #NovoNordisk #Sustainability #SmallBusiness #CommunityEvent #CircularForZero #Symbiosis #SustainableDesign #BrewingSustainably
